Physical Education ProjectFor physial education this semester I was assigned a project that required using creativity. I had to design weights of my own using materials that I already had at home or that I could buy at a local craftstore.
I didn’t have much time to create something big so I gathered two 16.9 oz water bottles and filled them up with sand and water. It worked because they had more weight to them and could be used for small exercises or for people who are disabled or injured and need something easy to work with. These weights I did can be used mostly for arm exercises or another way is making more of these plastic bottle weights and filling up a backpack with them and this way you can have weight on your back or can be used as a weight for when doing squats or other exercises. There’s no excuse to not exercising, if you’re on a budget or don’t want to spend money on the gym then you can create different types of weights to help you on your workouts.
